CV Bounce & Rentals Policies
Deliveries
Drop-offs are typically scheduled between 8:00am-10:30am.
Pick-ups are typically scheduled between the hours of 6:30pm-8:00pm.
Special time requests can be made in your details upon booking your rental. Please note preferred time upon ordering and we will try to accommodate your preference. Additional charges will be made for overnight rentals.
Overnight Rentals: If the event goes late into the night, it is recommended to choose the overnight rental option (additional fee depending on product rented), which will then be picked up the following morning between 7am-10am.
Deliveries are free of charge to Carson City, Gardnerville, Minden and Genoa. If your or event is outside our radius, just contact us. We may be able to make special accommodations to suit your event. Fees may vary depending on how far you are outside our service area.
Weekday rentals
We typically only rent for the weekends. However, for weekday requests, feel free to contact us and we will see if we can accommodate your event.
Cancellations
If it rains, smoke and fire conditions, winds are blowing strong, and/or snowing before your party, CV Bounce has the right to cancel delivery. If it rains, smoke and fire conditions, winds are blowing strong, and/or snowing during your party, we have the right to pick up the rental equipment and partial refund will be given. We will inform you of this policy over the phone, in person, and/or in writing if there is a chance of bad weather in the forecast.
All other cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the event date for a full refund. Any cancellation after 7 days may not be subject to refund.
What you will need
Surface
Our Bounce Houses can be placed on level terrain (less than 5% slope) in an area that allows for anchoring the bounce house. The ground should be free of debris. Grass, concrete, asphalt, small gravel, driveways, and gymnasiums are all acceptable locations.
Electrical
All our Bounce Houses need a 3-prong plug with 15amp/120v accessible within 50ft of the unit. If sufficient power is not available, renting a generator is required.
Size space
All our Bounce Houses need at least 5ft of unobstructed space around the bounce unit.
Water hose for Water Slides or Combo Units
If you do not have a suitable hose we can provide a hose upon delivery.
Payments Accepted
We accept cash and cards only.
(Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express)
If you are paying cash, you can still book online to reserve rentals for your event.
